Items are available for pick‑up only. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We accept unused sweatshirts, mugs, candles, and notebooks that are in their original condition, free of stains, odors, or wear, and preferably in their original packaging. Candles that have been lit or used cannot be returned, but unopened candles may be returned within the 30‑day window. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
