Our Practice

At Illuminate Wellness, your well-being is our top priority. We are a small, private practice that utilizes psychiatric medications paired with therapy and other holistic methods to help alleviate uncomfortable symptoms commonly associated with many mental health conditions. Our practice treats Children, Adolescents and Adults to achieve a better quality of life.

*We accept Highmark BCBS (commercial and Medicaid), Univera, Independent Health, MVP, Aetna, and United Healthcare. If you do not see your insurance listed here, please contact the office to see if we accept it, as this list is updated often.

*We also offer SELF PAY, if you do not wish to use your insurance for appointments. Self pay rates are between $125-$250*
