CBT is a structured, talk therapy that promotes positive thinking. It is helpful in learning positive coping skills to better handle negative emotions. This particular therapy is used to address many mental health conditions including, but not limited to, depression, PTSD, and anxiety.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of evidence-based talk therapy that focuses on helping manage intense emotions, improve relationships and reduce self-destructive behaviors.
Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) is a goal-oriented from of talk therapy that focuses on the present and future to emphasize positive change and future oriented goals.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of therapy that helps reduce emotional intensity associated with trauma and promotes healing.

Amanda Shea is a graduate of Medaille College. She has several years of experience working with adults and children in outpatient, community based, and inpatient settings.
Amanda uses a combination of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic theory.

Stephanie Grden graduated from St. Bonaventure University with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has several years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families by facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. She supports individuals in navigating their issues by operating from a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. She is skilled in helping individuals achieve their goals through utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Stephanie’s specialty areas currently include treating anxiety/panic symptoms, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Stephanie is passionate about empowering individuals to discover ways they are able to live their best lives.
Shaye Cline is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience treating adolescents and young adults with mental illnesses. She earned her BSW from SUNY Fredonia and her MSW from the University at Buffalo through an Advanced Standing program. With experience addressing anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and adjustment concerns, Shaye utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed, and other therapies. She believes in creating a safe, welcoming space where individuals feel empowered to shape their therapeutic journey. Her flexible, personalized treatment model is tailored to each person’s unique needs and circumstances, helping them navigate their mental health challenges effectively.
