Holistic Healing Through Reiki

 Ann Wittmeyer is a graduate of Trocaire College, a compassionate practitioner celebrating nearly two decades promoting the importance of self-care and investing in techniques to help others release tension and improve overall well-being. Listening to the specific needs of each patient, Ann incorporates a comprehensive background in massage modalities to access and address issues. Receiving her A.S. in Applied Science with honors, Ann has continued her education with certification in Reiki, cupping, pregnancy and multiple deep tissue, sports and medical massage techniques. Recently earning her MLD certification to help with medical and post-surgical edema. Future certification interests include Aromatherapy, Reflexology, somatic and sound healing therapies. Ann’s journey to becoming a therapeutic massage therapist began with an auto-immune diagnosis, learning and understanding the need/importance of managing stress and reducing muscular tension. In her free time, Ann enjoys hiking, kayaking, gardening and tackling home improvement projects.

 Welcome! My name is Courtney and I am a certified Reiki master who was born and raised in WNY. I love all things holistic and have been practicing energy healing for about 7 years at  the Southtown Salt Cave and most recent Roswell Park Cancer Institute. I am beyond excited to bring this modality of healing to Orchard Park. The holistic approach has been key to my own  personal success and I only want to share this beautiful practice to help people truly reconnect  with themselves and receive ultimate relaxation. Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that aligns  the energy centers (chakras) along the body. Reiki is now recognized by the National Center for Complementary and Integrated health as a bio field therapy now being used more and more in  hospitals and medical facilities all over the world.
