Amy Kotarski, DNP, PMHNP-BC 

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Amy Kotarski is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with training and experience treating clients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan.  Before completing her doctorate program, Dr. Kotarski worked as a Registered Nurse on an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit for several years where she helped to stabilize and care for children and adolescents experiencing mental health crisis.  She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with honors with a doctorate degree in Nursing Practice and has experience prescribing and managing medications, while providing psychosocial support for clients and their families.  Dr. Kotarski practices a compassionate philosophy of holistic and scientific care for both mind and body, and a steadfast commitment to comprehensive care.

Katherine Hage, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Katherine Hage is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 11+ years of combined experience in the mental health field and medical nursing. She has worked as a practitioner in the Buffalo area, as well as in California, treating children, adolescents and adults. She graduated from New York State University at Buffalo with honors and received a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing. She was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army Nurse Corps and served as a captain in the reserves.

Her style of practice is one of collaboration with clients incorporating multimodal methods including pharmacotherapy, psychosupportive therapy, as well as natural supplementation to achieve maximum well-being.

Meghan Prout Goldman, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Meghan Prout Goldman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 15 years of experience counseling children, adolescents, and families. Meghan has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience with crisis management, family relationships, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Meghan has been educated in many therapeutic models. The most prominent models she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
