Before completing her doctorate program, Dr. Kotarski worked as a Registered Nurse on an inpatient psychiatric unit for several years where she helped to stabilize and care for patients experiencing mental health crisis. She graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with honors with a doctorate degree in Nursing Practice and has experience prescribing and managing medications, while providing psychosocial support for clients and their families. Dr. Kotarski practices a compassionate philosophy of holistic and scientific care for both mind and body, and a steadfast commitment to comprehensive care.
Meghan Prout Goldman is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with more than 15 years of experience counseling children, adolescents, and families. Meghan has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience with crisis management, family relationships, and a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Meghan has been educated in many therapeutic models. The most prominent models she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
